Russell English - Chief Executive Officer
A founding shareholder and director of the company who has been the CEO since 2004. His previous 30 years of insurance experience included roles as chief executive and senior management positions in international insurance and reinsurance companies as well as at a Lloyd’s of London Syndicate.
Alan Broomes - Finance Director
It is 20 years of varied financial experience including senior finance positions held in different industries including insurance that Alan brought to Albion when he joined. His responsibilities include the finance department, compliance and administration of the company.
Geoff Howells - Associate Director
Specialised in liability, professional indemnity, property and accident classes of insurance with experience gained over 40 years and with senior positions held in an underwriting agent as well as in national and international insurance companies. Geoff has also been a speaker at insurance conferences. Geoff heads our Property and Casualty department.
Aslam Khan - Associate Director (IT)
With 12 years of senior programming and software experience on behalf of major US clients and Albion, in the field of banking and insurance, Aslam now heads the software and programming team of the group. Work is undertaken for Albion as well as for the associated insurance brokers in the same group.
Kathryn Howells - Claims Manager
Kathryn has been in the industry for over 20 years, with both international insurers and brokers. With her expertise in compliance and client management she heads up our Broker Support Services, including claims.
Rob Hartley - Underwriter
Rob has over ten years insurance experience, primarily obtained at Lloyd's of London syndicates and is ACII qualified. Rob specialises in Property and Casualty and alsodevelops online business solutions for Albion and their brokers.
Janelle Archer - Actuarial / Statistical Officer
Janelle has 4 years experience, partly in insurance, after leaving university.
Keisha Watts - Underwriter
Keisha has ten years experience in Insurance, working for some of the largest Barbadian insurers in an underwriting capacity.
